Mathew joined the firm in 2018 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. He completed his undergraduate degree at Edinburgh Napier University and his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. Mathew advises on residential, rural and commercial conveyancing matters as well as commercial leasing.

Jillian qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has extensive experience regarding wills, estate and tax planning, powers of attorney and trusts. A member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), she leads our busy executry team and has particular expertise administering complex and contentious executries.

Louise has worked in the Legal Sector since 1991 and qualified as a Law Accountant in 1999. Louise has worked in our Lifetime Legal Department since 2004. Louise qualified as a Wills, Trusts and Executries Paralegal in 2005 and deals with Executries, Personal Tax and Investments.

Andrew joined in 2000 and was appointed senior partner in 2014. Andrew deals with commercial work including business acquisition and disposal and commercial leasing. Andrew also deals with lifetime legal work including wills and powers of attorney and general estate planning.

Lorraine has almost 30 years’ experience in the legal profession, creating a vast knowledge as she progressed from office junior, to secretary and now as a registered paralegal. Lorraine graduated from Strathclyde University as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2007, and in 2016 added Family Law to her status. Lorraine now works in the Lifetime Legal Department assisting in executry administration.

Alexandra joined the conveyancing team as a solicitor in Jan 2018. After completing her law degree and diploma at the University of Edinburgh, she worked as a legal researcher for the Scottish Government before returning to Fife to complete her traineeship. Alexandra advises on residential conveyancing work.

Sandra joined our Property Department in November 2021, having previously worked for a large Estate Agent/Solicitor firm in Edinburgh for over 25 years. Sandra has a wealth of experience in the property market and provides a friendly, professional and efficient service to our clients throughout the marketing process.

Pauline began her career in Edinburgh and worked for several of the larger firms before joining Stevenson and Marshall in 2005. She is Managing Partner of the firm and as well as being responsible for overseeing the firm’s busy Residential Conveyancing Department, she has considerable experience with wills and powers of attorney

Gillian joined in August 2021 and has a wealth of experience in residential, commercial and rural conveyancing and commercial leasing, working for some of the largest firms in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
Latterly she has worked in practices in Fife and the Lothians where her work has also included the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Linda Marshall been with the firm for 34 years and qualified as a conveyancing paralegal in 1999. In 2009 Linda also began dealing and assisting with all aspects of executries and estate administration.

Margaret undertook a paralegal qualification at the University of Strathclyde qualifying as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2005. She deals with residential purchases and sales, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges.

Sharon, joined the firm in 1997 as a legal secretary and quickly took on more responsibility within the family law department. Highly experienced, Sharon currently undertakes guardianship work, adoptions and all types of undefended divorces.

Amanda has a long established background in Estate Agency with an excellent knowledge of the local property market and a genuine enthusiasm for the profession. Amanda has managed our Property Department since 2003 and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Michelle helps clients through complicated areas of estate administration with expertise and compassion. Michelle qualified as a Law Accountant with the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) in 1995 and is well prepared for any eventualities that may arise when dealing with executries.

June joined in May 2017 and specialises in the areas of lifetime legal and residential conveyancing. June has several years experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing. Andrew Robb graduated with honours from Glasgow University and trained as a solicitor at a leading Glasgow law firm. He moved to Dunfermline in 1991 and joined Stevenson and Marshall in 2004. Andrew has a wealth of experience in all court related matters including family disputes, and employment and compensation claims.
A key member of the family law team, Jenny has been with us since she qualified as a solicitor in 2012. She deals with separations, divorces and cohabitation claims. She also represents clients in respect of all types of family law disputes concerning the residence of children and contact matters as well as in relation to Children’s Panel proceedings. Jenny provides sound, honest advice in a straightforward manner.

Linsey joined as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in our conveyancing team in 2017. She was promoted to Associate February 2021. Linsey advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing work. Linsey completed an undergraduate degree in English Literature prior to studying law and completing the Diploma in Legal Practice.
